Are you guys always slow and disorganised. Waited 15 mins for 2 bagels until I went in and they were under heat lamps. Manager was rude and useless. Never going back again and will spread the word on social media. Asked for my money back told no.

Was not impressed. Ordered 2 carmel sundae both filled into the cover. Were messy and only had carmel on top was not layered and had to ask for peanuts

They screwed up my order so I tried to call 7 times and no answer! Not impressed

tonight i got a meal and had to wait over 15 min. which is way to long for a fast food place. order was at 06:09:29 and was told to go to waiting spot and didn't get my meal until approx 06:25. went in to complain and all they said was sorry

Send a complaint on McDonalds website. Usually they follow up with the store and send you a coupon.
